Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the third-party provider that delivers the result path. Paramus Residents Directory does not retain a separate copy of those search entries. If a visitor contacts us, the message supplies the information used to respond.
Routine Technical Data
Hosting services may create standard logs that include an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. Aggregate use helps maintain the service and understand page traffic. Cookies or similar tools may also support basic analytics or advertising measurement where used.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate the service, address technical issues, measure aggregate visits, and improve its reference material. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Services
Links point to Paramus, Bergen County, New Jersey, court, archive, library, and sponsored search services. Their own policies control information submitted to those services, including any entry made through sponsored-result tools.
Limited Sharing
Providers that host or support the service may process its technical logs. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the routine technical data described above. Information is disclosed when valid legal process requires it, and otherwise only as necessary to operate the service.
Safeguards and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described above. There are no user accounts, passwords, or visitor profiles maintained by Paramus Residents Directory.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor has sent information so the issue can be addressed.
Privacy Requests and Rights
Applicable law may provide rights to ask about, correct, or delete personal information a business maintains. New Jersey enacted the New Jersey Data Privacy Act, P.L. 2023, c.266; its scope and operative rights depend on the business and current implementation. Because this service retains little visitor information, a request generally concerns a contact message or technical log. Use the Contact page to ask. Records held by Paramus, Bergen County, or New Jersey custodians are outside our control, and requests about those records belong with the custodian.
